His parents took him to Church from birth but it wasn\u2019t until February 17, 1971, that he came to realize his personal need to be saved.<br \/>\nPastor Thrower married his wife, Susan, in 1979. They have two grown children and six grandchildren.<br \/>\nPastor Thrower has worked in various ministries and has been the Pastor of four Churches. He came to Central Baptist Church in June 2008. Pastor Thrower unapologetically preaches from and uses the old KJV Bible exclusively.
